Anti-Spam Policy

Effective September 19, 2026

CAVU strictly prohibits advertising this website, or any CAVU product, through unsolicited bulk email (spam) — whether sent by CAVU itself, its employees, affiliates, partners, or any third party acting on CAVU's behalf. Any such activity violates this policy.

What email CAVU sends

Every email CAVU sends is transactional — triggered by a specific action from an existing account holder. This includes:

• Account registration and email verification
• Password reset requests
• Notifications tied to a user's own account activity (invoices, scheduling changes, reminders)

Recipients are limited to individuals who already hold an account on the CAVU platform, or who were invited to one by their organization. CAVU does not purchase, rent, or scrape email address lists, and does not use affiliates or third parties to advertise CAVU or any CAVU-hosted site.

Reporting abuse

If you believe you've received an unsolicited message advertising a CAVU product, or an email impersonating CAVU, please contact support@cavu.app.
